1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RemoteAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RemoteAI provides a remote desktop access platform that allows you to control and monitor your personal computers from mobile devices, web browsers, and other computers. The Service includes screen streaming, file transfer, smart commands, and related features.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide a valid email address and create a secure password
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Authorized Use

You may only use RemoteAI to access devices that you own or have explicit authorization to access. You agree NOT to:

• Access devices without the owner's consent
• Use the Service for illegal surveillance or monitoring
• Distribute malware or engage in unauthorized data collection
• Attempt to bypass security measures, rate limits, or access controls
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation

5. Subscription Plans

RemoteAI offers Free, Pro (₹799/month, or ₹639/month billed annually), and Business (₹2,499/month base, including 5 seats, plus ₹400/month per additional seat) subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Razorpay. Key terms:

• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of 18% GST
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Annual plans are billed once per year at the discounted rate
• A one-time 14-day free trial of Pro is available to each account; it reverts to Free when it ends unless you subscribe
• Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period
• You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

6. Taxes & GST Invoice

All subscription prices listed above — Pro (₹799/month, ₹639/month billed annually) and Business (₹2,499/month base) — are inclusive of 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST) as applicable under Indian law. No additional tax is charged at checkout.

A GST-compliant tax invoice is generated for every successful payment and is available for download from the Billing section of your account. To have your business GSTIN printed on the invoice for input tax credit, add it in the Billing section before payment.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Remote desktop sessions are end-to-end encrypted (AES-256-GCM). We cannot access the content of your screen streams, file transfers, or clipboard data.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, design, and documentation, is owned by RemoteAI and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for any data loss, security breaches on your devices, or damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RemoteAI's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
