Accessibility Statement
Last updated: September 3, 2026
1. Our Commitment
We want RemoteAI — our website, web client, desktop application, and mobile app — to be usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the standard referenced by the EU's European Accessibility Act and most national accessibility regulations.
2. Current Status
This is a statement of intent and ongoing work, not a claim of full conformance. We have not yet completed a formal third-party accessibility audit. We are actively reviewing our interfaces for keyboard navigability, screen-reader compatibility, color contrast, and text scaling, and will update this statement as that work progresses.
3. Known Limitations
As a remote-desktop product, some functionality is inherently visual (for example, viewing and controlling a remote screen) and may not be fully accessible to users of assistive technology in every scenario. We are evaluating what accommodations are feasible for these core features.
4. Feedback
If you encounter an accessibility barrier while using RemoteAI, please tell us — your report directly shapes what we prioritise. Use Help & Support in the app to reach us.
Please include, if possible:
- The page, screen, or feature affected (website, web client, desktop, or mobile app)
- The assistive technology and/or browser you were using
- A description of the issue
